Austen Properties are a mother and son duo from Basingstoke in Hampshire. We strive to provide the highest quality, short term rental properties in the south of England. With properties in Basingstoke, Twickenham and Cardiff, the focus of our business has always been our guests and providing them with the most pleasurable stays. We want to make their experience within our properties the best it could be and are always prepared to go the extra mile for them. For over 20 years, Kim has run a successful cleaning company and so she understands how customer service is so important. The personal touch is key and Kim and Austen Properties appreciates that we all have individual needs. Her commitment is to create the best possible customer relationship.
A big part of Kim’s professional experience is in the serviced accommodation/Short term rental environments. She has developed systems that ensure guaranteed results. She brings this mind set to Austen Properties and will look after her landlords and guests alike with the same level of care and professionalism.
Andy
Having studied and gained a top degree in architecture, Andy understands property and it has been a passion for him ever since he was young. He has a desire for providing a great quality service to clients.
Having worked in one of his hometowns top estate agency firms, Andy can utilise his knowledge in sales, lettings and architecture to add value and maximise returns for his clients, all the while providing the highest customer service to guests. In his spare time, he likes to play the guitar, travel and is an avid skier.
